An Important Update on Our Speed Upgrade Path: Prioritizing Reliability
We are constantly pushing the boundaries of laser technology. Our goal has always been to deliver faster, more precise, and more powerful machines to our users.
Accoding to modify some certain parameters and limited the scanning angle, we updated all PT20Kpps scanner to PT30Kpps scanner with same price. updated PT30Kpps to PT45Kpps with same price.
However, after extensive testing and feedback from the field, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to discontinue this speed upgrade path.
The Core Issue: Heat vs. Speed
The reason is fundamental physics: heat. Galvanometer scanners ("galvos") move at incredibly high speeds. Pushing them beyond their original, rigorously tested specifications requires more power from the driver board. This generates a significant amount of heat.
We found that in sustained, high-power operation—especially in warm summer environments—the boards were operating at temperatures beyond our safety margin. Prolonged exposure to these extreme temperatures increases the risk of premature component wear and, in the worst case, board failure.
Therefore, we decided:
1. Keep PT20Kpps and Stop PT30Kpps instead of AT35M.
2. Stop PT45Kpps, if your laser already installed this kind scanner, contact us to get parts or repaired.
3. From 15th on September, only have PT20Kpps, AT30Kpps (Model: AT35M), DT40Kpps, DT50Kpps can be selected.
We thank you for your understanding and continued trust. Our commitment to providing you with the high-quality and better price laser equipment.
