The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from BAIYI LIGHT (“the website”).
"BAIYI LIGHT" offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, which is conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. We will notify you of any amendments to these terms by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised terms constitues your acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
1). General
Unless you advise us otherwise your use of the website constitutes your agreement to BAIYI LIGHT replying to you by email for such purposes as the company may consider appropriate. We value your privacy and we will not share your information with other companies. It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition. Additionally it’s our policy to ensure that all goods are quality inspected and properly packaged before they are despatched.
All products are subject to availability. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier strikes. If your order is not available at the time of purchase we will contact you as soon as possible and we will give you an estimated delivery date. On delivery, if no one is available at the designated address to accept delivery of your package, it is at the discretion of the carrier to leave a notice advising you that your order is available for pick-up or re-delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed at the delivery address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost. If the package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned to us, a refund will be processed after deducting the original and return shipping costs, as well as any applicable handling fees.
Any clerical, typographical or other error or omission in any literature, website based information, quotation, price lists, acceptance of offer, invoices or other information issued shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
2). Modifications of Price
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. However, the price confirmed at the time you successfully place and pay for your order is locked in and will not be affected by any subsequent price changes.
3). Shipping
We endeavour to keep our shipping costs low. Our shipping page and shopping basket will advise the shipping cost at the time your order is placed. This shipping page will also give an outline on the length of time your parcel will take to be delivered to you.
4). Payment
We accept payment online through the usual payment methods including Paypal, Western Union and Bank Transfer. Payment of products must be made in full before the actual goods can be shipped.
5). Cancellations
Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted via email before your actual order has been processed. We endeavour to do our very best to assist you with any amendments.
6). Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on any product that is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are handled as follows: "We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. For returns based on personal preference (e.g., you don't like the item, or it doesn't fit), you will be responsible for the return postage cost."
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For payments made via methods that do not support direct refunds (e.g., Bank Transfer), we will process the refund through an alternative method agreed upon with you.
